You retain exclusive ownership of all your requests, tokens, environments, and secrets.

Desktop binaries are licensed for enterprise and supported teams with SLA backing.

Zero Reverse Engineering

Strictly protected proprietary code, algorithms, and intellectual property.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual developer or the legal entity you represent) and IPPost ("IPPost", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the IPPost desktop software, cloud web application, APIs, and associated services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or registering an account on IPPost, you explicitly affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and agree to be bound by all provisions set forth in this Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess full corporate authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Types: Personal & Organization Accounts

IPPost offers two distinct account configurations to accommodate individual builders and corporate engineering teams:

  • Personal Accounts: Designed for solo developers, freelancers, and independent contributors. You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your personal login credentials and access tokens.
  • Organization & Team Accounts: Created by an authorized administrator on behalf of a company or squad. The organization maintains administrative control over all member workspaces, shared collections, team environments, and audit activity logs.

You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details. You may not impersonate any person or entity or select a workspace handle that violates third-party trademark rights.

3. Proprietary Software License & Intellectual Property

IPPost is proprietary software licensed, not sold. Subject to your strict and continuous compliance with this Agreement, IPPost grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to execute and use the platform solely for your internal API development, testing, and debugging operations.

All source code, compiled binaries, user interfaces, branding, visual graphics, UX workflows, database schemas, and documentation are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of IPPost. All Rights Reserved Worldwide.

The name "IPPost", the IPPost jet glyph, rocket logos, color palettes, and domain names are protected trademarks. No right or license is granted to use any IPPost branding without our express prior written permission.

4. Strict Prohibitions & Anti-Reverse Engineering

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, extract, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms from IPPost desktop binaries or web bundles.
  • Copy, clone, fork, replicate, or create derivative works of any component of the IPPost platform.
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit IPPost as a competing API client, SaaS workbench, or proxy service.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any technological licensing constraints, authentication mechanisms, or security controls.
  • Use automated scrapers, spiders, or crawlers to harvest proprietary schema specifications or UI assets.

5. Enterprise Desktop Binary Licensing & Support SLAs

The native IPPost desktop application (for macOS and Windows) delivers ultra-low latency, zero CORS limitations, and direct localhost testing. Due to the high ongoing maintenance, security auditing, and platform signing overhead required for native binaries:

  • Desktop binaries are distributed exclusively to Enterprise customers and clients subscribed to an active maintenance and support tier.
  • Private download links, binary checksums, and license keys provided by our sales team are strictly confidential to your organization and non-transferable.
  • Enterprise agreements include designated service level agreements (SLAs), priority bug triage, and managed deployment options.

6. API Data, Collections & Customer Content Ownership

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership of all content and data you input into IPPost. This includes your API requests, endpoint URLs, query parameters, header keys, Bearer tokens, environment variables, test assertions, script logic, and response payloads.

IPPost does not claim ownership, inspect, sell, license, or train artificial intelligence models on your proprietary API payloads or confidential credentials.

7. Cloud Synchronization & Team Workspaces

When you create cloud workspaces or save shared collections, your data is securely synchronized across your team via encrypted TLS 1.3 channels and stored in secure PostgreSQL database clusters with AES-256 encryption at rest.

Workspace administrators possess full authority to invite, manage roles (Viewer, Editor, Admin), remove collaborators, and transfer or archive workspace collections.

8. Acceptable Use & Security Testing Policy

You agree to use IPPost in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not use IPPost to:

  • Perform unauthorized denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, flood target servers maliciously, or execute vulnerability exploits against systems without explicit permission.
  • Transmit malware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious automated scripts.
  • Violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or trade secret rights.

9. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations

Paid subscription tiers and Enterprise licenses are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Enterprise contracts are governed by their respective signed service agreements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

IPPost is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IPPost, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of IPPost, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith informal negotiation for a minimum period of thirty (30) days before initiating binding arbitration or legal proceedings.
